Globals is into food industry from last 22 years. We have seen some drastic changes in industry. One of the major reasons to launch our own frozen food chain is because of our love for food & experimenting with it.
After two years of RnD, endless tasting sessions, hours of brainstorming, hours of experimentation we bring you the food which is free from any preservatives, no food Color, made from 100% pure desi ghee, mustard oil which is tasty & healthy at the same time so that you can enjoy your guilt free restaurant food just by sitting at your home.
How we started
Our founder & chef Mr. Sunil Sood had this idea of frozen food years ago and when he shared with us, we being the modern age always emphasise on healthy food, disagree with him but, after reading many articles & watching him preparing with such hygiene and also experimenting at home first our mindset changed that not even a bit of vitamins, protein or fat content changes in food after it is freezed.
You will be amazed to know that fresh food looses its vitamin & minerals over time but, freezing preserves nutrients a study said.
